The ultimate guide to travel Belize with children

Guide to travel Belize with children

Belize is an incredible destination and will explode very quickly with tourists. Currently, it has only 250,000 visitors a year and is relatively untouched.

We visited four districts of the island. The variety of experiences is endless. Lush forests, rain forests, aqua blue waters with white sandy waters and some of the world's best diving places. I'm happy to share my guide to Belize with you kids, but first, here's a little background information.

During our two-and-a-half-week stay, we met some of the most interesting people in our travels. Foreigners and locals who have made Belize their home for decades.

The common value is that everyone has so much love for Belize and the desire to share it with tourists and promote it to the world. The funny thing is, they need more guests, but keep it a secret at the same time. I felt the inner struggle as I talked to them. Fortunately, they were all so generous in sharing hidden gems.

Where else should we stay in Belize? What are the top hotels and their prices? Are those places safe? Don't worry, there are plenty of places to stay in Belize. Here are the 5 best places to stay in Belize and their holidays.

Once a British colony, English was the first language to be known as British Honduras. It was easy for us to surf and chat with the natives.

What impressed me most about Belize was the cultural diversity of such a small country with a very small population. Maya, Creole, Mestisos and Guerinagu are the most common among the groups, and to me, they all live together and respect each other's cultural differences.

There are so many different places to go and there are a few things I would have done differently when it came to our route. The best option is to start exploring the islands off the coast of Belize. When you return, hire a car on a round trip. We didn't rent a car because we were crossing the southern border and didn't want to back down. I had no choice but to move elsewhere.

I think it is best to use the bus as a young couple or single. However, the Belize family vacation would be much better if we had a car. This is what I will do if I have time again!

Belize City Airport is not far from the ferry terminal. It takes about 25 minutes by taxi and it is easy to take one outside the airport. I make the islands my first stop. The ferry to San Pedro takes about an hour. We wanted to see the world-famous barrier reef and relax on the beach.

Many say San Pedro is a bit of a tourist destination, but we haven't seen much. We stayed in the beautiful Portofino Beach Resort for about 25 minutes and four nights in the city. Within minutes, it was the perfect spot to visit some of the most beautiful snorkeling places in Mexico Rock, in particular. It was a quiet area and easy to get to the city.

Our time was spent snorkeling, swimming, relaxing, napping, eating good food and repeating! My husband had free time for the kids in the evening and went with the Go Fish Belize for fishing at night. He met the guide at San Pedro Post and they went on a really cool trip. He really enjoyed the evening and, in his words, it was a good pair of fishing.

Conclusion
